STORE INFORMATION (Please read BEFORE ordering):
• All store inquiries (order status, product questions, billing questions, return authorizations) should be made to email@example.com. Please do not send general inquiries and questions to this email - please visit http://www.bretmichaels.com for all other inquiries.
• All online transactions at shopbretmichaels.com are secure. Our store and our credit card service are both on secure servers.
• Credit cards accepted are AMEX®, Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover® only. (Note: Poor Boy Records will appear on your credit card statement.)
• Online orders are charged at the time of order.
• We are not currently accepting payments by mail.
• PayPal is accepted, please make sure that you complete all steps of the order process.
• Prices are subject to change without notice and new price cannot be applied to previously placed/shipped orders.
• Out of Stock items may become available at a later date, please check back or select 'Notify Me' on the item page. Discontinued items that are no longer available are not shown in the store.
• Billing Address: All credit card orders are authenticated using an Address Verification System or AVS supplied by our credit card processing service. When entering your billing address in our store your order will not be approved if that address does not match what the AVS system has for the address at which you receive your credit card statement.
• Accounts are required to use Gift Certificates/eGift Cards.
• Purchaser is required to enter the Recipient's Name and Email Address. A gift message is optional.
• Gift Certificates/eGift Cards are available only in predetermined amounts, availability may vary.
• Recipient must have or create an account with the email address on the Gift Certificate/eGift Card.
• Gift Certificates/eGift Cards may not be transferred to another email address.
• Gift Certificates/eGift Cards have no cash value, they may only be used on purchases at ShopBretMichaels.com.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:
• Most orders ship within 7 to 10 days of ordering, delays are possible, and pre-orders will take longer. Please see any notes in the item description for more information.
• Cologne and fragrance are always shipped separately from other items. Additional shipping charges apply.
• International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. Packages over First Class weight limits are shipped Priority Mail International. Delivery time varies by country. Tracking may not be available for all destinations. **We have had to modify the list of countries that we can ship to due to suspension of service/transportation in many regions of the world. As soon as those suspensions are lifted, we will update our country list.**
• US orders are shipped via USPS. We offer two USA shipping methods:
- USA Standard Shipping – these orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, except for cologne/fragrance which is shipped via USPS Ground. Delivery time for Priority Mail is typically 2 to 5 days. Delivery times for Ground is typically 2 to 10 days.
- USA Economy Shipping – these orders must be under 13 ounces and are shipped via USPS First Class Package Service. Delivery time is typically 2 to 7 days.
• Express or expedited shipping is not offered through our store.
• Drop-ship orders may be shipped via different services and may take longer to arrive.
• Pre-orders will ship when product becomes available; the volume of pre-orders may cause additional delays. Please see description for additional availability information.
• If an order contains both in stock and pre-order items, the order may be held to ship complete when pre-order becomes available. If you want or need in stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
• Items not specifically marked as autographed or signed cannot be signed prior to shipping.
• Meet and Greets are sold only at select shows. Please check at the merchandise table upon arrival for additional information.
• VIP Packages are only available when listed in the store. If there is no listing, no VIP Packages are currently being offered.
• Customer pays return shipping unless otherwise specified.
• Return authorization is required before returning items. Some items may not be returned or exchanged as described below. Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery.
• Return form must be included with all returns.
• CDs, DVDs may only be returned if they are unopened. Open media may only be returned for disc errors from manufacturing. We do not accept returns for damaged jewel cases. CDs and DVDs that are shipped unopened may not be returned.
• Apparel may be returned for wrong size, order error, or manufacturing issue. NOTE: Intimate apparel may not be returned for any reason.
• Bobble heads may only be returned if damaged in shipping, all packaging, including shipping box, and broken pieces must be returned. We are not responsible for dropped bobble heads once opened.
• Drop-ship Items not specifically addressed here will be assessed on a case by case basis as necessary.
• Replacements are available for in stock items of the same style/price only.
• Cologne/fragrance may not be returned due to shipping restrictions on the product. Please ask all questions about these products before ordering.
• Items in the store sold "As is" are not returnable. This includes all items in the "Last Chance Items" category. Items sold "As is" or as "Last Chance" may be one-offs, slightly misprinted, or discontinued items. Please order carefully and ask any questions before ordering.
• Please read the description of all items before inquiring about returns or replacements.
• Returns/replacements may take up to 4 - 6 weeks for all aspects to be completed. We will do our best to process them quickly.
